I consider myself a bit of a wimp so had some serious hesitations. This was highly recommended by an athlete. Just had my first session and am amazed! I have a recent knee surgery and have had a two-week long headache. The Cryo was totally doable and not bad at all. Then I had localized Cryo on my knee and a facial. I had instant relief. I just got a package and excited to complete a series.

The cold plunge makes you think you’re going to go into a hypothermic state, but once you relax into the cold water you feel serene… key word relax. Cryo Wellness is a cute spa boutique. The owner is constantly introducing new products and services to the menu and as a great trainer to her employees. It’s in a beautiful location just off the harbor, with quiet and serene views. Just received a tan, and it came out really great! Can’t wait for my next service.
